Welcome to the Logitrac HyperDrive Online Help

At Logitrac we are always striving to give dealers the most effective tools to operate and manage the loaner fleet. We have scheduled a major release and the below information will provide an in depth look at the changes.

Launch Date

Our release is scheduled for March 20th at 10pm, you will have access to these all new and exciting features starting Tuesday, March 21st.  As always, below is the best way to clear cache and report any issues.

Account Settings

Pricing/Banking new functions

●  Max charge threshold: If you enter a value for example $200, any invoice above this amount, the status changes to “Review” and you must enter a password to charge this.  This function was designed for dealers that fat finger charges and cause errors in charges to a customer.

●  Convenience Fee: Entering a % into this field will add a charge to the total of the invoice to cover the cost of credit card processing for the dealer.

●  Pricing/Banking: The 5 customizable charges now have a toggle button to activate them.  If the toggle is off, the verbiage will not show up on the email, agreement, or invoice.

Sources/Fields - Disable Step 3 Inspection

●  Dealers who do not utilize the vehicle inspection, they can disable and there will now only be 3 steps to creating an agreement.

Sources/Fields - Enable Smartlink Signature

●  Inside account settings, you can enable the combined smartlink with digital signature and agreeing to the terms/conditions/disclaimer so all that is needed is selecting a vehicle.

●  This allows the dealer to only select a vehicle and perform the walkaround, step 4 will already be completed ahead of time.

Fields/Sources - Default the vehicle status when closing an agreement.

New Menu Item – Communication Templates

●  Now you have the ability as a dealer to customize all communication with the customer.  Each area of communications can now be configured.

●  Smartlink Message, Agreement Message, Invoice Message, Reservation Message, Customer Direct Message.

●  These items can be configured for both email and SMS.

Rental Settings - Grace period for daily charges

●  You can set a minute/hour threshold the customer can exceed before they are billed for another hour or day, based on your pricing scheme.

HyperDrive Agreement Changes

Dashboard, new item showing “Off Lot – No Contract”.

●  This shows a list view of all vehicles off the lot without a contract since no one pays attention to the alerts.

Refunds, new text box entry

●  Allows you to enter a text on the reason for a refund, and the notes will post to the transaction report in a new column.

Start New Agreement Major change

●  When clicking start new agreement, you now have the option of choosing how to start the agreement.  Options include:

           ●  Take Images
           ●  Enter Manually
           ●  SmartLink

New Image Scanning Workflow

●  When using the image scanning, we have updated the technology.  The camera is now in a built-in frame so we can place text above it showing the user what to scan.  Once you scan an item, you will get a success confirmation and the camera will open back up automatically to scan the next item.

●  The processor for getting data from the DL will work in the background while you're scanning all images, so once you’re done, all data will appear in the proper fields.

●  This should greatly reduce the time involved in scanning.

Smartlink Update

●  Two options when you click the link, scan, or enter manually.

●  Clicking scan will now use the new camera scanning technology that is used on creating a new agreement.

●  Enter manually will display all the fields.

Offline Agreement

●  You now have the ability on both tablets and desktop to create an offline agreement.  There are certain rules the dealer needs to understand on how this works.

●  Workflow:

○  Login to platform while online.  Once offline, simply refresh the page and a blue banner appears at the top saying “Offline Mode”.

○  When doing an agreement, you can take images, but the scanning does not work.  This means more manual entry is required for adding customer information if not already done so.

○  Preauthorization will be disabled since offline.

○  Once an agreement is completed in offline, a new menu item will appear next to reports ONLY on the device you performed the offline agreement with.

○  Inside the Offline Agreements page, you can either resume, or upload to the database.  Once uploaded, it’s now on the account live.

Closed page and pending pay modifications.

●  PAID page is now gone.  Closed page is now the master list view of all closed agreements, regardless of status..

●  Closed Page Changes:

○  Status for showing if paid, charge, declined, review, void, or marked as paid.

○  New Status option, DECLINED.

○  Refund is now in the action’s menu for paid agreements.

○  “Total charges” are a new column.

●  Charge popup new items:

○  Inside the charge popup screen, you now can:

     ○  Assign Customer alert
     ○  Add customer Note
     ○  Mark as paid.

Automated Reporting

●  All reports are now available for automated reporting.

Others

●  If an agreement is paid, the modify charges button is now hidden.

●  Assign customer alert and add customer notes is now added to all action menus in the system.

●  Search bar now has delayed response when entering each character for faster search filtering.

Toll By Plate

HyperTolls Bill by Plate

●  In the backside account settings, you can now enable HyperTolls to use the plate for registering instead of using transponders.

●  Keep in mind, the plates will get registered for the account regardless if transponders are on it or not, if transponders are on the account, we will ask the toll authority for all tolls using both.

●  The customer will consume an admin fee on each toll for using this function.

●  Once a vehicle is saved and plates entered, that is when we activate the plate.

●  Once a vehicle is retired or deleted, we will disable the plate.

Other Platform Changes

●  Updated error messages throughout the platform.  You now get a better description of the error and what to do next.

●  Lexus & Toyota Accounts map popup update:

○  Now on the map popup for these style accounts, you will see a new tab with tire pressure.  The image displayed shows all four tires and the current PSI.

●  Updated Login screen with new design.
